Skype Hype? Well...the business model is more important
Well...the business model is more important than the technology.
Skype is easy to install, easy to use and gives very good end user satisfaction/usability.
So they may have the same business model as others, but the others don't have better marketting!
I know which I would rather have from busness perspective!
As for the moat - As a user it makes no difference to me at the moment.
So watch out other VoIP vendors!
