Intentional spam?

I'm curious about this URL:- http://www.bmannconsulting.com/weblink/goto/971 which can be found at #48 on this Yahoo! page:- http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=linkdomain%3Awww.forthegoodtimes.co.uk+... The reason I am curious is because it 302s to one of my articles on my site. 302s are a known method of hijacking a page's assets in the search engines, but it may not be there for that purpose. What is the purpose of it? I can't find a path to it on the site.
