I had the same issue untill the Powerbook died. I just got my new one a week ago.

everything was fine with os10 till i installed panther. from than on ,every 4or5 th time i start up i get a gray screen that tells me i must restart .ilike panther except for this annoying problem.is anyone else having this problem? xdetil@hotmail.com.
