Aparently, the US has been bullying, intimidating and spying on UN Security Council members from the more "easily influenced" members of impoverished nations.

This evidence comes from a leaked document from the head of the US NSA, and was first reported by The Observer, out of the UK. Interesting that it was reported in the UK, the US's strongest ally in this bloodlust, but has been completely squelched by the US media thus far. I would have suspected that the Blair government would have been censoring the UK media as much as the US is censoring its own.
