VLC (initially VideoLAN Client) is a highly portable multimedia player for various audio and video formats (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DivX, mp3, ogg, ...) as well as DVDs, VCDs, and various streaming protocols. It can also be used as a server to stream in unicast or multicast in IPv4 or IPv6 on a high-bandwidth network.

VLC downloads don't work for Mac OS X
Hello,
I was trying to download VLC but after I did it the application was impossible to open. It doesn't react at all. I used have an old version VLC 5.0 and it worked very well but now I am not even allowed to download it because it is not on the web offer. I would appreciate it if you could help me. Thank you.
